Treasure Hunt Training

Citizenne and Patrimony Brussels wanted to uncover hidden treasures in/from people in Brussels. In their project, a treasure was a person

  • with a gift, a talent or a real passion for
  • a craftsmanship, an art or a craft
  • embedded in a tradition, passed on or inherited

They had found plenty of people willing to participate and share their story of craftsmanship. A group of enthusiastic volunteers wanted to interview them and write the stories. After a series of workshops these volunteers became true treasure hunters: appreciative listeners, interviewing with ease and intention.

Via a blog and several intervision moments the treasure hunters could share their experiences and became real ambassadors of the project. The final publication can be obtained in Citizennes office (if you love Brussels, it’s worth it).
