Conversations are precious. I capture insights, stories and funny moments in the drawings I make. It can be done in many formats and styles, but all of them share the use of visual language. Visuals greatly help our brains to stay focused, understand and reflect.
Don’t underestimate the impact of live drawing on a meeting. At the start of a meeting visuals can help people to orient themselves. Later, late comers can easily jump right into the discussion and if you split into smaller groups, the drawings can bring everyone back together. After a meeting, you can use them to report and communicate about the event (or decorate your office space, like WWF Belgium did!).
You could also opt for a visual summary made after conversation itself. That way we can distil what’s most important to you and make sure it looks so good you’ll want to hang it above your desk.
